APC BECOMES STRONGER IN RIVER STATE AS AMAECHI RETAINS HIS GOVERNORSHIP POSITION

The supreme court on Friday dismissed  suit filled by the river state former governor celestine Omehia, which challenges the election that brought his successor and the Current Governor Rotimi Amechi , This ruling, dashed and rendered the null and void of the decision of the appeal court that gave Celestine Omehia A temporary victory and automatically will makes Omehia a Governor and replace Amechi.
Justice Muhammad Muntaka-Coomassie, who read the Supreme Court judgement, said the Court of Appeal in Abuja erred in law to have ruled in favour of Mr. Omehia, whom the judge said had no stake in the case he filed in court.
The long-drawn case dates back to 2010.

The people of APC , used the opportunity and voiced their opinion on the victory and vividly threatened PDP with more moves, as they said;
"this should serve as a warning to all those who insist on the way of the moving train known as Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi.”
