ASUU AND FG ARE COMPLETE LOSERS-NLC VICE PRESIDENT ILORIN.

Comrade Issa Aremu , the The vice president of Nigerian labour congress Ilorin chapter (NLC), said that both FG and ASUU are losers,over the four months old strike, embarked upon by( ASUU) Academic Staff Union of Universities,
He also said , he regretted that the death of the former ASUU leader, Professor Festus Iyayi  had caused major setback in the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC’s intervention in resolving the face -off between ASUU and federal government.

He also, told Nigerian government to wake up from the dream of being among the top 20 economy, with a messed up higher institution management system.

,“We are all losers and the lessons from this is that government should learn to keep and respect  agreement reached collectively .We can’t be part of the leading counties of the world when we shut Universities for four months,”
