Today in India, a man aged 24 have been captured in connection to the murder of a Nigerian National, Obodo Simon in India, which led to protest last week by 50 Nigerian youth in the city of Goa, who claimed, that they suspected a foul play in the autopsy, that's why they reacted and tried to stop the van carrying the body of their brother, and demanded the presence of Nigeria to India, before any inspection can be done in the body.
The suspected killer Suren paul, who has links with Indian drug mafia, whose name was never disclosed.
Previously, when the suspect has not been captured, The Indians had placed manhunt for Nigerians living in India, at about 50, 000 , threatening to deport them, on reacting to this, the
Nigerian Consular office angrily voiced their own side of the threat, saying;
"There are only 50,000 Nigerians living in India but there are over 1 million Indians living in Nigeria. Thousands of Indians living there will be thrown out on the streets if forcible eviction of Nigerians in Goa does not stop," consular attache Jacob Nwadadia said.
