Yesterday at around 10.00 pm in kogi state, an unknown gunmen numbering about 20, attacked and bombed the Area Police Station in Osara, Adavi Local Government Area of Kogi State using dynamite, killing three police officers and one civilian, who died from a stray bullet which came from the sporadic shootings of the unknown gunmen, which people suspected to be men of the bokoharam.
The state police public relation officer Mr. Romanus Nwaneri, who confirmed the incident , said he doesn't know the aim of the attackers as no gun was taken from their Amory.
