Governor Chibuike Rotimi of River state, days ago distorted the port harcourt airwaves as he drops a controversial statement on air saying "i encourage all youth, to come out in mass, and march against the men of the Nigerian police, even if it means a bloody revolution , for thier is no revolution that goes without a blood shed".
