Nigerian Army engaged the boko haram in a fierce gun shoot-out , angrily, killing nine of them and showing them who the boss is, in response to the series of supprise attacks, the insurgents have benn giving lately to innocent citizens, both in churches and at home.
Muhammed Dole, a Lieutenant Colonel, and a spokes person of the 7 Division of the Nigerian Army,said
" the shoot-out occurred along the routes leading to Alagarno and Rimanti villages in Damboa Local Government Area of Borno State"., he also said, that
" several other terrorists escaped with various degrees of injuries, while one soldier was injured from the attack, but receiving treatment at University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital”.
