The Nigeria president, President Good luck Jonathan Signs the law banning the same-sex marriage, as the presidential spokesman Dr Reuben Abati, as he stated;
"I can confirm that the president has signed the bill into law," Abati said, and also stated that it happened earlier this month.
"More than 90 percent of Nigerians are opposed to same-sex marriage. So, the law is in line with our cultural and religious beliefs as a people," he added.
"And I think that this law is made for a people and what [the] government has done is consistent with the preference of its environment."
But, the United States condemned it, saying its an act of wickedness and doesn't show any sense of Democratic leadership.
The Nigerian community, including 90% of Christians and Muslims were very happy, as they danced happily when it was made public today.
